We require a credit card on file for all appointments or a $50 deposit to secure your scheduled time with our artist. Please inform us 24-hrs prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule and we will ensure you do not get charged a cancellation fee. If you have made a deposit, it will be applied to you rescheduled appointment. When you make your appointment and provide us with your credit card details, you are agreeing to our policies. We reserve the right not to schedule appointments for clients who do not adhere to our cancellation policies. However, clients are more than welcome to walk in for services.
Kindly arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to enable proper check-in and preparation. Life happens, if for any reason you are expecting to be 10 minutes late or more to your appointment, please call us at 647-227-5283. Please be advised in the unfortunate event that you are very late, your services may be altered to fit the remaining time. If this happens you will still be responsible for the full amount of services you booked.
All appointments are subject to our *24hrs cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require 24 hrs notice prior to your allotted appointment time. In the event of a late cancellation or if we don’t hear from you, you will be charged 100% of the service that you booked. Appointments can be rescheduled by phone and email.
At LOKT Salon we take pride in being able to assist our clients in achieving the look they desire to feel confident and fabulous. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours. Due to the nature of our services and labor time, no refunds will be issued.
Eyelash extensions have certain inherent and possible risks of allergic reactions at anytime. If you experience any discomfort within the first 24-48 hours after application, please call to have the extensions removed by one of our professionals. Please do not pull or pick out your extensions, this will damage your natural lashes. Due to the nature of our services and labor time, no refunds will be issued.
As a result of the size of our waiting lounge and current guidelines, we request you don’t invite any friends or family to your appointment. We may ask your guest(s) to leave and return at a later time. We kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas.
CHILD SAFETY POLICY
We understand how difficult it can be carving time out for yourself. However, our policy adamantly prohibits unsupervised children in the boutique. Please note infants or toddlers in carriers/strollers may not be placed near the service areas or held in the lap. We kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas.
Please leave your pets at home. It is against health standards to have them in our treatment rooms and areas where services are being held.
